Little Fox is a Daycare a play-based daycare and is located in east Vallejo, California. We serve parents who work all over the San Francisco Bay Area. We offer high quality care in a clean and safe environment.

Health and Safety Modifications

Several modifications are in place to help slow/stop the spread of illnesses. Many of the below items were established with COVID. We have found them beneficial to the daycare and continued these policies:

• Most toys are kept out of the common play area and stored for daily rotation.

• All hard-to-clean toys are not used (ex. stuffed animals)..

• Specific toys are put each day and thoroughly cleaned at the end of the day. 

• Tables and chairs are spread out for more distance during crafts and meal times.

• We go outdoors to play when the weather permits and spend a large part of the day outside especially in spring, summer and fall..

• We eat outdoors when weather permits.

• Windows are usually open for ventilation when weather permits.

• Handwashing is a daily routine and done between transitions from one activity to another.

• Hand sanitizer is available at the front door for all to use.

• Daily temperature checks are done on the morning at breakfast and after nap time..

• Parents drop children off at front door and do not enter.

• Cleaning and sanitizing is done. every day. Deep cleaning is completed on a set schedule (every 1-2 weeks).

We continue to monitor CDC guidelines in order to provide the best possible and safest possible care for our customers.

Little Fox Daycare strives to provide a healthy, happy and safe environment for the children who attend our daily adventures. We let children explore and learn through discovery and creativeness, and at the same time provide encouraging guidance and positive structure.

Meet our Staff
Founder & Owner Hillary is certified in child and infant CPR/First Aid. She is a previously certified EMT and CPR and First Aid instructor. She also worked in the recreation field for over 20 years, directing summer camps, after school programs, preschools, swim lessons and kids classes. Hillary has experience caring for infant twins, as a long term nanny to a preschooler and several years as a babysitter for school aged children. She has a Kindergartener of her own and loves spending time with him and watching him grow!
